Refund policy

** BY PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL STORE POLICIES**

All sales are FINAL. Products cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned. Please read the description of the item are you purchasing to ensure you are buying what you want. Please note all products are handmade therefore cannot always look exactly the same as pictured  but will do best to achieve the exact look.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so we may help as soon as possible. If your item is damage or broken package, please contact USPS in order to file a claim. Kayla's Shopco is NOT responsible for any package once USPS accepts item. Please contact our shop if you have any other questions regarding policies.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have a strict no return policy as these are all handmade items made once purchased, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If this happens please contact USPS. You will receive free tracking information for every purchase. You will receive an active tracking number 12-24 hours after initial shipping notification. Please reach out through email if tracking number does not show up after 24 hours and I will help with any issues regarding tracking.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Only refunds accepted will be for Keychains only. It will only be accept if it does not have any custom wording such as a name or anything. You must also pay for shipping to return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
