Can I change color options for my clickers?
- Absolutely! If you want different colors than the ones I have in the image you can just shoot me a message through instagram before you place the order! If you place the order but did not message me beforehand for any changes then I cannot do nothing about it and is a final sale.
Are your stickers able to go on my cup or car?
- Yes! I put a sparkle laminate over my stickers which make them water resistant and durable if I do say so myself! So you are able to hand wash your water bottle or wash your car and it will hold up.
Why does the glitter not always move?
- Just like a snowglobe the glitter will eventually settle down. Give it a good shake and it's all good to go! Please do not shake crazy if you have a drink inside.
Can I put my hot drink in my cup?
- Glass can and Glass mugs can handle hot drinks but I do not recommend extremely hot. Snowglobe cups and plastic cups cannot handle hot drinks at all. All cups can have cold drinks or normal temperature.
How long does it take to ship?
- My creation time is 1-2 weeks. I aim to ship within the first few days but some items can take longer or if their is a lot of orders that can make a difference as well. Depending on the item it can take up the 2 full weeks. This doesn't include shipping. So once I ship it you will receive a tracking code and normally it will be 1-7 days.
My product came broken or damaged. Can I receive a refund?
- No. I have a strict no return/refund policy. I make sure all my items are good and properly taken care of before shipping. Once it is in the USPS hands I am not responsible for any damage. But of course I am willing to help file a claim with you towards USPS! If anything I can always send a discount for another order too as sometimes things happen!
My snowglobe tumbler is starting to leak at the bottom, are you able to fix it?
- Absolutely! Sometimes it happens especially if it has been in heat. I am willing to fix any leaks as long you pay for shipping and handling. :)
